It may be possible via Quartz commands, but I'm not sure not knowing what
all is avaliable. Within apps like Photoshop and the GIMP though, all of
the icons should be okay with hue shifts (which is what I believe you are
refering to) except for MSN, which had a horribly schemed color in the
first which made it hell to get blue for the Aqua set =\ . Very cool
idea though
