Unblocking will move the buddy to the "** Default Group **" group. There is
a bug in Fire .30a and .30b which makes the buddy disappear if the group
does not exist. I've fixed this and few other bugs with properly creating
groups as needed in TOT. (The others are for when importing server side
buddies on ICQ and MSN -- they put the buddies into ** Default Group ** as
well.)
