Where is in the method in MainController.m that creates new chat windows.
There is a line that will take the new window and make it key and order
front.  As for the specific change, I'd have to look at NSWindow to tell you
exactly how to make it the second window.

If you can't find the proper call, an ugly hack that will work, albeit with
a slight visual glitch, would be to cache the key window, order the new
window front without making it key, and then ordering the key window front
again.
