We have a symbiotic R&D labs thing going on.  I've been meaning to do this

Right.  If you'll notice, that's the Add Account button from the Accounts
Manager.  It's a placeholder.  The final image is going to have the plus
removed.

Actually, the badge is the same proportionate size, 80%.

Currently, I'm taking the icon badges used on buddies.  I'm going to switch
over to using the same badges that are used in the dock (just haven't gotten
to it yet), which will clear up the fuzziness issue.

It's a little surprising if you aren't expecting it.  But it does have its
advantages over the old buddy list.
