unfortunately i'm man of habit and i have never closed a window with 
cmd-w.  I have always used the buttons on the window and yes i have 
pressed the wrong one a few times and closed a chat i never wanted to 
close.  Thats why i dont like tabs.  I'm not sure if i could get use to 
using keyboard commands to close windows.. :(
