The top of the new Buddy List in TOT now includes a slider (did you see
that?). When you pull the slider down you should see a list of "active"
conversations and the count of any or all conversation messages that you
have missed in each window.
Clicking on the chat window name will bring that chat window to the
front.
It's not yet finished, but it should give you an idea of the direction I
want to head in.
