That was an intentional implementation of a request to simplify the Dock
menu which I believe was discussed on the list a while back.
It wouldn't be too difficult to make this an option if there is demand
for the old way as well. You can get at all of the other options through
the Buddy Controls toolbar button once the window is opened.
