Completely understandable. I noticed that changing the ICQ
port number in the Accounts.plist file didn't actually do anything, so I
added the following line of code between line 453 and 454 in
ICQCommunicationController.mm:
myClient->setLoginServerPort( [[account serverPort] intValue] );
So, it goes right after the line initializing myClient with a call to
ICQ2000:Client(), and before the line creating the new ICJclient. I'd
send you a diff, but I am at work and we have telnet (and therefor cvs)
blocked by our firewall. You can add the code if you want, but I've got
it in my local copy so it's no big deal for me at the moment.
Thanks for all the hard work you all put in, I'm always impressed
with something in each nightly build. Even if something breaks, there's
always something fixed that I was looking forward to. Keep up the great
work :)
