All,
I have made the 0.31.a pre-release available for your testing. If I see
this pre-release on any external web sites (i.e. versiontracker, tucows,
etc.) I will attempt to stop it's dissemination. It is out for testing
only, not for release.
I have removed all of the localizations except for English from this
version while we wait for localization work for 0.31.a to finish up.

If you aren't doing nightly builds or your own CVS builds this may be a
