I *know* how to use *real* IRC - I used it for years! Yes /me does work in
Fire but /topic does NOT work. (It works in *real* IRC clients but not in
Fire - Fire's help is even very explicit about this! - but someone said
there was a Change Topic... menu item which I cannot find anywhere).
