Found it. SF has an ability to set the default download for the every major platform (Win/Lin/Mac/etc). This option was left empty for the server binaries but set for the .NET provider packages. I have it fixed now for Windows (2.5.1 installer is suggested) and Linux (2.5.1 CS RPM is suggested). Other platforms will follow. Please test it and suggest any corrections.
