You can insert whatever to anything, but... Delphi/Lazarus programmers won't use this interface because it is not compatible with VCL/LCL DB. Java programmers won't use this interface because it is incompatible with JDBC. .NET programmers won't use this interface because it is incompatible with OLE DB/ADO. All interfaces named above are so much different, that it is almost impossible to derive a common denominator for them.
