2020a is the first release of TZ for 2020 and in addition to the Morocco and Yukon offset changes it also includes a change to timezone identifiers so America/Godthab has been renamed to America/Nuuk
There were only 3 releases in 2019 which is a little strange, with 2019c being released last December, but the changes spread over the period and their actual corrections can be found in the development repository https://github.com/eggert/tz
