The main problem is that the Russian language does not always have  
complete analogues of English words. In particular the words "statement"  
and "operator" translated into Russian the same, although they have a  
different meaning. Thus, the translator must not only know the English  
language itself, but also to understand what he translates, for the  
selection of the correct terms.
