This usually means that an exception prevented Firebug from hiding one
panel before it showed you then other one.

For reasons we don't understand, Firefox 3.6.13 has been throwing more
exceptions. (They are junk we can't fix)  We've already had to add two
more try blocks.

You might be able to see the exception FIrefox > Tools > Error
Console.

Or install the tracing console and set Option ERRORs so we can see the
call stack at the point of exception
