After upgrading to Firefox 4 and the latest version of firebug, I started having page load problems. On certain websites (which I am hosting on a dev server in my office) the site's front page will not display on the first try. The site is in Drupal 7 and contains quite a bit of javascript.
When I load the page into a tab, the server thrashes for a few seconds, but the page never displays. The browser is just blank. If I refresh the page, the site comes up just fine and will work IN THAT TAB from that point on. If, however I try to load the page in a new tab, the same behavior occurs. I tracked this issue down to firebug specifically after running Firefox in safe mode.
