If the Firebug Start button is moved to the add-on bar and a new window is
opened from java script with specifications that do not include the
toolbar, the icon in the add-on bar is not rendered. Something like this:
myWindow=window.open('','','width=200,height=100')
myWindow.document.write("<p>This is 'myWindow'</p>")
myWindow.focus()
Unless I am mistaken the only way to open and active Firebug in the new
window in this case is to right click and select 'Inspect element with
Firebug'.
The 'old' icon in the add-on bar was not affected by the specification list
on the js open call.
Any assistance on this is appreciated. Is this a bug? Or it can be a
request to support the add-on bar again.
Thank you,
Tyler
