toolbar, it's an option in the tab menu. See:

Well, then the administrators in your business network should be asked to 
update the software used in the company more regularily. Besides other 
reasons it's a matter of security to keep installed software up-to-date.

When you've enabled the *Show JavaScript Warnings* option, you should see 
the warnings also in the Firebug console.
