The first security issue that arises for me is that there is unencrypted
communication going out past a corporate firewall.  Any kind of corporate
information that may be proprietary becomes, by definition, available to the
public.

The second issue would be opening any inbound port which could hide trojan
activity.

The other issue would be bandwidth utilization...these programs just suck it
up!
