You can also pressure people with out terminating them. Email once a month
the top 100 sites viewed. It lets people know that someone is watching them.
At first you might find that porn and recreational websites are heavily
visited.
I think this is more effective then firing people for viewing porn, which is
impossible to lock down on. There are way too many obscure sites to catch
someone. Too many technicalities like:
what about some employee hitting a porn site on accident because of a search
engine?
What about the 30 pop up windows it spawns off?
