  Your externally-visible DNS (you might have to create one, if you do 
not have one...) needs to provide reverse lookup (numeric "domain") 
information for the external addresses used by your users.  [Tallk to 
your ISP about implementation details....]

  Note that (a) DNS is a popular target, but (b) there's no need for 
this DNS to talk to anything behind your firewall.  It could go in a 
DMZ.
