If you have a SOCKS 4/5 proxy server, try using SocksCap32 in
conjunction with your favorite telnet program.  It can be found and
downloaded for free from www.socks.nec.com.

There have a been a few bugs which allow the OWNER of the web site you
are visiting to access file from your hard disk, usually  they need to
know the specific name of the file, try searching the bugtraq archive at
http://www.geek-girl.com/bugtraq for more information.
