Norton LiveUpdate

Hi,

i want to run liveupdate behind firewall with tis ftp-gw 2.1 .  i
configured liveupdate to use proxy with port 21. ftp-gw starts, permissions
are ok, but ftp connection timed out. it looks like that ftp-gw doesn't
connect to update.symantec.com, because  netstat shows no connection to
symantec.
has anyone a idea what's wrong???
