Gerardo,

At the risk of sounding self-serving since I work for a consulting
company, my advice to you would be to contact a reputable security
consultanting firm to assist you with your particular requirements.

There is not nearly enough information in your request to offer any
suggestions beyond very generic recommendations. We don't know what
kind of firewall you have, what platform your running, what kind of
attacks your suffering, etc. Given enough information I'm sure there
are individuals on this list that could offer you some specific
assistance, but it sounds like your situation requires quick action.

Bring in some professional help and have them train you on your
particular platform. This will solve your immediate needs and help you
obtain further assistance by giving you the information to obtain more
detailed help in the future.

If you absolutely cannot bring in outside help due to monetary
constraints, I would suggest reposting your question and include at
least the following information:

-OS and hardware platform of your firewall
-Type of firewall (including version)
-Description of your network environment
-Specific attacks that are occuring, include detailed information on the
platforms that are being compromised including OS, platform and the
services running on those platforms

This will at least give the list members a starting point to further
assist you. I would also recommend taking a look at "Building Internet
Firewalls" by Chapman and Zwicky.
