To pick an example at random, the "WINS Client" service -- required by the
"Server" and "Workstation" services, and others -- requires in turn the
"NetBIOS over TCP/IP Helper", EVEN IF you've disabled NetBIOS over TCP/IP and
send it only over (not routable) NetBEUI....
