LAT is not a routable protocol, DECnet (which can be either phase IV or
phase V ISO/OSI based) is routable. Its been a long time since I messed
with the Cisco DECnet support, but I do recall back then it was able to
filter it. I dont know about Cisco and phase V support. I also understand
that more recent VMS DECnet implementations can talk DECnet over IP, so
that might be another option.
