These are some of the alternatives I've used for remote administration of NT
VPN network : - Server Manager / User Manager / Event Viewer.
NT web-based admin tools (provided with IIS4)
IIS web-based admin tools
MSP web-based admin tools.
Very rarely do I have to actually log on to the server to do administration,
as most of what I need to do can be done remotely.
Death to the command prompt! :-)
