I have a question. I am quite a newbie, actually just a college student.
This is my first time working with a firewall. My question:
Some clients want to allow ICQ and AOL Instant Messenger for theur users.
How do I allow that through the firewall?
I set the firewall for the necessary IP's and the ports, but it still
doesn't seem to work for them. Does something need to be done from their
side, or am I missing something?
