Where did you get this from?
They do still release fixes for it for a start:

Seems they've even bothered to spend the effort to make it Y2K compliant. I
haven't called support for it in a long time, but if they are releasing
hotfixes then I'm wondering what your definition of "won't release fixes"
is?
