not likely, it will certainly prevent people just browsing your machine 
without knowledge.. but as was noted earlierit takes one guy with a
sniffer and some free time to gather alot of information including emails
and probably the lanman hashes for the passwords on the shares......
assuming they don't just bruteforce the shares... win95 is not secure...
and actually it is a big target on a hostile lan...
