Just my opinion...If the folks that I'm looking to work for are foolish
enough
to let the HR folks set the "gatekeeper" parameters on a highly technical
position, then I'd look to find someone that has a clue.  Remember that the
IS folks that opened the position were probably asked for basic
requirements.
So why would a place that is UNIX, ask for a MCSE? (because they're
clueless)  Seek employment elsewhere...
