FW-1 http/ftp proxy

hi All

I need some info. about FW-1 

FW-1 support http/ftp proxy i.e can act as http/ftp proxy server ??
If yes how strong and recommended it is...and does it support caching also?
User authentication/anonymous access?
Filtering??
Overheads??

Any feedback will be apreciated.
