Maybe your customer resides (more exactly: his domain is registered) outside
USA/Canada. Netscape's download location performs reverse lookup due to
crypto export restrictions.
Advise him to try ftp bounce as described in
www.insecure.org/nmap/hobbit.ftpbounce.txt
(just kidding) or simply loook at
www.replay.com
