In my opinion Nokia does a much better job with support. However, it is
looking more and more like Check Point is taking the lead with the platform,
and I suspect that 2001 support will be direct through Check Point. I hope
they bring the Nokia engineers over to Check Point. Jerrald Josephs, Daemon
Welch (aka: "phoneboy") to name a few are some of the foremost experts on
FW-1 and they work at Nokia.

Check Point and Nokia entered into a pretty solid partnership recently and
the Nokia line of routers are now included in the Check Point price list
book, as Check Point part numbers. For all intents and purposes the Nokia
routers are now Check Point products.

I have not dealt with support issues yet, but I would imagine the support
has been integrated into Check Point's own support as well. I would have to
verify that through our Check Point channel manager to be sure, though...
