Zero, some would call this linux-stuff only, but I'd propose to forget IPFWADM.
First, do the following:
Browse http://www.rustcorp.com/linux/ipchains/
Download ipchains-HOWTOs-1.0.7.tar.bz2
Download ipchains-1.3.9.tar.bz2
Second:
Unpack and read the ipchains-HOWTO thoroughly.
Third:
If there are questions still, just mail.
