Well, it's good to know that we've *finally* got the attention of
someone who is responsible for a) telling us what we're doing wrong, and b)
explaining the correct way to do things.
I for one welcome this helpful lesson, knowing that the whole
industry will be better for it. I have no idea how we ever got along
without you!
