You want to talk about the bastardization of the English language and words
that are of US origin? Watch your local Spanish-speaking TV channel! They
make up something for everything they don't already have.
I didn't realize the same was true for Germany and Fra(h)nce
It rekindles my fondness and respect of Asian-speaking countries that would
not do such a thing. I don't know if its a "respect" thing or what. But it
seems to be the appropriate thing to me.
Got a problem with what I just said? Well, I'm both Asian and Spanish
(amongst other things) - so sue me! :)
