Yes, and it's free and it works on linux.  It is a set of procmail rules
and a file containing "Poisoned EXEs"--regular expressions of filenames or
extenstions (e.g. *.vbs) that allow you to block them from coming in.  It
also "Defangs" HTML active content (renders it harmless).  It requires
procmail.
