IP ROuting

Hi

I am trying to configure a Cisco Router to access a particular host say
200.100.101.2 from a remote network I am able to reach the NAS ethernet port
say 200.100.101.5  but none of the hosts on the network of the Router. I am
using only static routes, CAn somebody please help me.What the the routes I
need to add.
