Your email program should be configurable to allow you to block messages of certain
size or content. You may also want to look into MailWatch's SMTP filtering/monitoring
service. It is a service that will filter your incoming and outgoing mail and is
totally configurable.

Does anybody have any ideas on how to keep internal users from sending out
