Who do you contact to get clearance to export? I have some
software nearly finished that uses cryptography for secure
identification. The information contained is itself not likely to be
problematical if anyone reads it. I just want to make sure that
people using it are the actual customers.
I tried contacting the Department of Commerce, but couldn't find
anyone who even knew what cryptography is.
