I wasn't clear. I meant all relevant papers, not just papers on my web 
site. He asked for history, etc. Then he should read the early papers by 
Cheswick, Bellovin, Ranum, etc.

I assume Dolphin (strange name, but I'm not judging :-)), can use the web 
and search engines to find papers the firewall books also.
