Hi,
This is a question about remote management and backup of DMZ machines from
the internal network.
My understanding about how DMZ is set up is that the machines in DMZ are set
up either as stand alone servers or set up part of a domain different than
the internal network domain. ( If the machines in DMZ are in the same domain
as that of the internal network then remote management and back up problems
will not be there. But DMZ is not set up that way.)
In either of the above scenarios, can you please enlighten me on how the DMZ
machines can be backed up and remotely monitored from the internal network ?
It would be great if you can suggest any back up and remote management tools
to do the above.
