Hi,
You seem to have forgotten to mention what the firewall needs to do ...
For example:
1) Do you need a VPN(encrypted over the public internet)
to the satellite offices ?
2) Bandwidth ? ( total & encrypted , encryption strength .. )
3) Vendor support available in your location(s)
(etc ... _
You may even want to (gasp ;-) define a security policy that "the firewall"
would implement ...
P.S. please remember a firewall does *not* solve all your security problems
it should *only* be an element of implementing/enforcing security policy
