Tim, Ask the individuals to supply you with a printout of the messages that they feel were un-necessarily delayed. The header will tell you where the culprit is.
I know that we had a serious problem with our ISP this week on latency and we sort of had to re-shape their heads with their own headers to get them to respond. But they did.
