  Yes -- take your business to another ISP, and save your current one 
the trouble of booting you off.

  Presumably, they are blocking these ports because using these 
service violates the terms under which they are willing to provide 
you with service.  If you don't like those terms, the appropriate 
solution is to vote with your feet and your dollars.
  IF they have failed to make those terms available to you, or to 
bind you to them in your service agreement, then you *might* have 
some basis for taking them to court.  But odds are that what you're 
paying your ISP is far less than your lawyer will charge, so unless 
you can make it a "class action" suit, I wouldn't bother.
