Attempting to salvage a little usefulness from this obvious
*TROLL*....

One day, I was visited by three engineering managers, within the
space of about 10 minutes, each enquiring as to why our Internet
connection was so sluggish.
It didn't take much checking to discover that some such "phan" had
fired up Napster on their machine -- and left for lunch. It wasn't
stopping *them* from meeting a deadline....

Step 1. Kill Napster on workstation.

Step 2. Block Napster on firewall.

Step 3. Rethink firewall policies, to henceforth block all but
approved traffic, instead of allow all but banned traffic.
