hi there.i am new to this list and also a relative newbie to firewalling.i have a very basic firwall,the main function of which is masquearding.i have used ipchains. i am unable to play windows media from my internal network on udp.it works on tcp. in my rules i havent blocked any udp traffic out.so i dont know what i can do to get my media player to work.do i need to specially enable some ports?(i havent blocked any so confused). any help would be greatly appreciated.
