The page is not very clear. Look at the very bottom where it says "To change your subscription...", and there is a text entry box for your email address and the button says "Edit Options". This is misleading because the text above makes it look like it is part of the admin only functions (i.e., where it says, "The subscribers list is only available to the list administrator.")
