I think people are missing that part because the first thing that catches their eye below the "Firewalls Subscribers" header is the italicized text that says, "The subscribers list is only available to the list administrator." I bet a lot of people see that and don't read any further.
The "To change your subscription..." stuff should be at the top of that section, not the admin only subscriber list function. I'm not sure why they even put that admin function there when they have the "Firewalls administrative interface" link, clearly delineated with a line separator, below that section.
